The initial interview is a meeting where our team gets to know you, your family, the way you live and the things that are important to you. We discuss scope, design, budget, timeframes and, most importantly, your vision. This detailed discussion includes planning all of the big features all the way down to the smaller details you want in your home.
The practical planning stage includes making decisions such as lot size, views, square footage and other practical considerations. We will review preliminary plans and make choices for materials, appliances, finishes and other details.
At this phase we present a firm estimate, budget and timeline based on all of the information gathered during the first two steps. We go over every detail of the home and make any necessary changes. This is where you visualize in more detail the finished product. Once the estimate and blueprint is finalized and approved we put you on the schedule to break ground.
This is where all of the planning and dreaming starts to take shape. Our builder app keeps you up to date on every step of the process and alerts you when you need to make a decision. It also manages timelines and milestones so you know everything is going according to plan.
Our favorite part of the process! This is where all of the “ooohs!” and ” ahhhs” fly through the air. This is where seeing the satisfaction on our client’s face and the pride in our team’s face brings deep satisfaction of a job well done and our client’s dreams come true.
